the office is ending today and it feels like somebody took my heart and dropped it into a bucket of boiling tears. And at the same time, somebody else is hitting my soul in the crotch with a frozen sledgehammer. And then a third guy walks in and starts punching me in the grief bone. And I am crying, and nobody can hear me, because I am terribly, terribly, terribly alone.

“If it’s up and after you,
What do you suppose that you would do?
You’re all whacked out from lack of sleep,
You blame it on the friends you keep.
Well, you wanna do things differently,
Go do them independently.
We all got old at breakneck speed,
Slow it down, go easy on me.”
Nobody can know about this, alright? Especially Kent. And why is that? Because he’s going to use it against me…

“I don’t wanna give up on this.”
“You’re a good person. The best person I know and every moment I spend with you I get better.”
